Before you accept the supplier’s answer, test the evidence behind it.

A failed ERP, CRM, finance platform, e-commerce system or outsourced software project can consume cash, interrupt operations and monopolise management attention. Enigma helps CEOs, COOs, CFOs, founders, boards, investors and fractional technology leaders understand what has actually been delivered before they release more money or accept more risk.
When to call us
- The supplier says the project is nearly complete, but dates keep moving.
- A go-live has failed or another attempt is approaching.
- The supplier asks for more money, time or scope relief.
- Defects are being reclassified or described as manageable without evidence.
- Data migration or operational readiness is uncertain.
- The business has no independent CTO, Programme Director or Head of Test.
- A board, lender or investor needs a clear view of technology exposure.
Three focused entry reviews
Technology Delivery Health Check
A fixed-scope view of the plan, delivery evidence, quality, technical position, supplier dependencies and operational readiness. It answers whether the current route is credible and what management must decide next.
Supplier Claim Review
A targeted examination of a material supplier claim, recovery proposal, completion statement or payment milestone. It tests what was contracted, what was delivered and what evidence supports acceptance.
Go-Live Readiness Review
A decision review covering testing, defects, migrated data, support, continuity, cutover and rollback. It does not promise that nothing will go wrong. It makes the remaining exposure visible before the business commits.

What you receive
- A plain-English executive conclusion.
- The supplier claims that are supported, unsupported or still untested.
- The immediate commercial and operational exposure.
- The decisions that cannot safely be deferred.
- Practical conditions for payment, acceptance, recovery or go-live.
- A short action record with owners and dates.
Senior judgement without a permanent function
SME work can be delivered as a single fixed review or a fractional assurance arrangement through key phases. Scope begins with the business decision, not a predefined team size. Enigma can combine programme, quality, migration and technical expertise while keeping delivery ownership separate from assurance.
