A targeted examination of a material supplier claim, recovery proposal, completion statement or payment milestone. It tests what was contracted, what was delivered and what evidence supports acceptance.
Go-Live Readiness Review
A decision review covering testing, defects, migrated data, support, continuity, cutover and rollback. It does not promise that nothing will go wrong. It makes the remaining exposure visible before the business commits.
